Motocross World Championship action will be on offer again next year in Frauenfeld on Easter Saturday and Monday
A few days after the end of the Motocross World Championship season and the annual "Motocross of Nations" highlight, the FIM and MXGP series promoter Infront Moto Racing have published the race calendar for 2025. And this includes the Swiss World Championship round, the MXGP of Switzerland, in Frauenfeld again on the traditional date at Easter. Specifically, it will be held on Easter Saturday, April 19, and Monday, April 21, at the Schollenholz/Swiss Sugar motocross track.

"It was our wish to return to the Easter weekend with the Motocross World Championship round in Frauenfeld. Our partners FIM and Infront have complied with this request, which makes us very happy," says Willy Läderach, President and CEO of the host organizers. And he continues: "We hope that going back to the traditional Frauenfeld event will attract more spectators than this year, as it is well-known among fans and has always been well received."
The 2025 Motocross World Championship will once again comprise 20 rounds, of which the Swiss Grand Prix will be the sixth. The MXGP and MX2 world championship categories will be joined by the two European championship categories EMX 125 and EMX 250. Some talented young Swiss riders will certainly not want to miss out on a start at the MXGP Suisse. It will be particularly interesting to see how our figurehead Jeremy Seewer will perform as the new Ducati works rider.
